…e when running health check Summary: Every time the health check was being run we were creating an alert that the health check didn't run b/c the universe was in a paused state. This would result in an email being sent to customers every x minutes telling them something that they already knew.... that the universe was paused. Test Plan: Create universe, pause universe, let health check run and see that it silently skips the paused universe.
