[Platform UI] AZ option disappears sometimes while selecting the nodes on on-prem

I created a onprem provider with 2 instances to a region. While creating the universe when I selected 2 nodes (after setting the replicated as 1) the AZ comes up as there are only 2 nodes but when I select one which is also a valid it disappeared. Sometimes it appears/disappears for 1 node or 2 node. Cant say clearly when it disappears.

For 3 nodes iam getting a warning "Not enough nodes configured" which is working fine.

If we decrease the no of nodes, the AZ disappears and also when we select other options like "Encryption at rest" KMS key field shows up but AZ disappears.
