You need to download the pretrained classification and segmentation model as the pretrained weights. Then train same epochs.

Please check README.md again. We have provided the ResNet stage-1 features of original CT images that are completely used for training the classification model of JCS. More details of training settings of our classification model of JCS can refer to the offical paper's experiment setups.
