Disable conversion of `have(n).errors_on(:attr)` #62

rspec/rspec-rails#1026

Technically it can be converted to:

model.valid?
expect(model.errors[:attr].size).to eq(1)

However probably this is not what most users want. So Transpec should leave them and suggest using rspec-collection_matchers gem.
