Alarm triggers, screen wakes, then goes back to sleep; no fullscreen dialog box to dismiss alarm

Describe the bug

This is similar to #360. The alarms sound just fine, but the screen goes back to sleep suddenly after the alarm wakes it. When I manually wake the screen while the alarm is sounding, there is no AlarmClock fullscreen dialog box to dismiss the alarm; I have to dismiss it in the popup notification.

To Reproduce

Describe the steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Set an alarm.
• Put the display to sleep.
• Then the alarm sounds, the screen wakes briefly, but goes back to sleep.
• Manually wake the screen.
• Dismiss the alarm in the popup notification, as there is no AlarmClock fullscreen dialog box to dismiss the alarm.
