More complex alarm timing

I would like to be able to set an alarm to go off (for example) every other Sunday at 6pm. It would also sometimes be useful for an alarm to go off every other day, or perhaps every other weekday (so, Mon, Wed, Fri, Tue, Thu, Mon, etc.)
