Terminal Balloon v1.1

Finally got around to adjusting anchor colors to have the effect I always intended, where the text is light when not hovered and dark with a light background on hover.

As a side effect, if a ghost is using \f[color,default.anchor], this means that text will appear improperly in the balloon. You should probably stick to the original release if that crops up a lot for you.

If you've downloaded the original jam version (released in the Ukagaka Dream Team Server) I changed the folder name since then so you'll need to delete the old one manually.
