Demonstrate the use of Mandiant Threat Intelligence Platform API

Using the Mandiant Threat Intelligence API url : https://api.intelligence.mandiant.com

1. Create a list of IP addresses to check as
   ip.lst
2. Generate config with your Mandiant Threat Intelligence API Key
   getIOC2TA create_config <apiKey> <apiSecret>
3. Run the program
   getIOC2TA run

Initially written in python, converted to C# to sync my codes
