Switching the app stops it from playing sounds and from preventing the screen from dimming #20

To reproduce:

Open training
Click 'I made it'.
Minimize or switch the app
Get back to the app

Effects:
No sounds are playing when countdown finishes and the screens is not dimmed (on iOS at least).
