and non-hallucinatory. Anti-hallucinogens should be presumed to work (this is not physiologically correct, but is easy for the player to understand).

The addiction is useful to get correct auto-routing for the manual pages.

Revised pharmacology is in place as of d682666 . Not going to try for outright in-game hallucinations, just some off-screen disruption of focus. Currently, reading speed and comprehension are impaired more than the morale boost improves things).
