I've just upgraded to ubuntu cosmic, and found out that I lost my workspace grid. Seems this is not the only plugin to fail:

The last version (v1.5) released in July doesn't contain the fix ;-)

(feel free to replace the version in your ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions by the one of the branch 3.30)
