This MR prepares the changes required for Zammad 6.3.

  • The var folder will be gone.
  • Backup script should instead back up storage/
  • POSTGRESQL_OPTIONS should get a new default value that specifies the default connection pool size of Zammad (50).

@monotek could you please have a look again? Zammad 6.3 was released today, and I changed the version to the final one for 6.3.0 now.
