Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.7.x (develop and earlier)
  • Installation method (source, package, ..): n/a
  • Operating system: n/a
  • Database + version: n/a
  • Elasticsearch version: n/a
  • Browser + version: n/a
  • Ticket-ID: #1031396

Expected behavior:

  • When using more than one Telegram Bot with each having it's own group, a Telegram User can write both Bots in two different tickets without any problem.

Actual behavior:

  • When using more than one Telegram Bot with each having it's own group, a Telegram User can't write both Bots in two different tickets. The messages from the other Bot will be appended to the ticket that has been created first. After closing the ticket, you can write again (the first bot always wins in that case).
  • This doesn't apply to different users, just to the same person.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create two Telegram-Bots
  • Send a Telegram-Message to Bot1
  • Send a Telegram-Message to Bot2

=> Both messages will appear in the Group for Bot1.

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
