Can not start a row in a knowledge base article with a linked answer #3965

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Installation method (source, package, ..): any
  • Operating system: any
  • Database + version: any
  • Elasticsearch version: any
  • Browser + version: any
  • Ticket: 10101295

Expected behavior:

If you link an Answer in the knowledge base, it should be possible to start a row with a link to an answer.

Actual behavior:

When you try to start row with a linked answer it simply doesn't let you do it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. edit knowledge base article
  2. just hit enter to get in the next row
  3. Try to link an answer at the beginning of the row

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
