This only happens if you paste the HTML content as unformatted. At least in my environment.

Please mark your community thread accordingly to ensure nobody has duplicate time wastes. Thank you.

Hi, what do you mean by "HTML content ?"

community thread is https://community.zammad.org/t/duplicated-text-when-using-with/9209

This is HTML content:

email@domain.com/email@domain.com

If you paste that, you'll paste HTML content. For this reason most browsers allow unformatted pasting.
For further technical questions please consult the community.

sorry if it was not clear, it's github that format this to HTML. I use plain text from a text editor (like gedit, vi etc).

Well then I'll have to close this as can't reproduce.
Even though I can reproduce the HTML way.

Final clarification:
The issue appears on Firefox only if you copy & paste unformatted strings like email@domain.com/email@domain.com.
Doing the same does not happen on other browsers.

Other browsers (chromium based) however will show the same behavior if you copy a HTML version of above string and paste it as unformatted string. So it indirectly affects all platforms.
