Tag a New Stable Release

It would be nice to tag a new release for the composer repo on Packagist.org to use. This should allow composer to cache the specified version locally instead of having to request it every time it's installed/

Also, if you'd like to be added as the maintainer I can transfer it over to you. Right now I'm the maintainer, but I can't set up auto update service hooks because I don't have commit access to this repo. https://packagist.org/packages/zamoose/themehookalliance
