Bdyn project

This is a model to simulation multiyear life histories of bee hives, started at Penn State.

Started by Wanyi Zhu's beeproject, revised AIP and TCR in 2013. Then with major revisions in 2015 by TCR.

To run the code, use "octave -q simulator.m", or type "make" to run the commands in the makefile for plots and animations.
