How to use the websocket server as a proxy

My needs are similar to the websocket server. After receiving the information, it creates a link to the next-hop server in the information processing function and forwards the information to the next-hop server. However, when I try to use a websocket client inside the server message_handler to establish a con to the next hop server, I found that new links never trigger open_handler. I would like to ask if there are any relevant usage examples?
