Highlights the special format syntax in the first string of a format/write/print macro as described here.
I used a single regular expression because the format grammar itself is regular, leaving the Atom grammar more localized. An expanded and annotated version can be found here.
The capture names might need a little adjustment since I don't write syntax highlighters much, but I tested it with a few syntax themes, some of which look good and others not so much.
