The Dock should display a numeric total of all "unread counts" for all channels across all servers.

On second thoughts, only "important" missed messages should be added to the Dock total.

And, to clarify, the dock count should only show when the app is in the background. Bringing the app to the foreground again should clear the count.

The aim of the unread count in the Dock is to say "Hey, this app in the background has X number of very important messages for you" – once you bring the app to the foreground, the unread count has done its job, and it's over to the app UI to signpost which specific channels need attention.

Will probably be easier once #11 is merged.
