Analaysing transcription factor expression specific to regions in the Hippocampus and investigating their role in cell death.

This repository includes:

1. Python scripts extracting and formatting data from an online GTEX dataset (https://storage.googleapis.com/gtex_analysis_v8/annotations/GTEx_Analysis_v8_Annotations_SampleAttributesDS.txt)
2. .csv files with the formatted dataset and other relevant data
3. Python scripts computing the median of TF expression per tissue type
4. R scripts to visualise data using statistical tests and graphs
