It would be interesting to do a survey of Zarr users. Compared to most projects I think we are very lucky as we do actually know some of our users. Still there is the occasional person that drops by, who we have no idea what they are using Zarr for. It would be great to get a better sense of what features they are looking for, what their use cases look like, etc. A survey might be a way to learn a bit more about our users and how the project can progress.

FWIW we did this with Dask recently and it was very informative. ( dask/dask#5004 )
