After finding https://github.com/metaphacts/ontodia/wiki, I was wondering whether they still apply and whether these should be forked as well?

We haven't changed anything on the API, other then a name change, that being said, we haven't extensively tested that what is on the wiki.
On top of that, some of the guides on the Wiki didn't work with the latest release either, Work in progress

In other words it might still apply and we should definitely have such a section but we did not want to delay the release by double checking/integrating it.

I can help with the migration, but since you guys already figured it out: could you start with a 'quick start' for sparql endpoints that actually works? We can take it from there.
