Tool Augmented Generation

I think what I really want is Tool Augmented Generation (TAG) - where search is just one of the tools. Ideally it would be a system capable of Multi Hop Reasoning. A system that for example could answer the question What is the 10th Fibonacci number by looking up the definition in wikipedia, writing code for computing the sequence, testing and debugging it and executing it to compute the 10th number.
