Test this on mainnet and testnet. See also zcash/zcash#6399 .

All of the point encodings affected by this issue are public except for $\mathsf{pk}\star_{\mathsf{d}}$. However, $\mathsf{pk_d}$ is already not allowed to be $\mathcal{O}_{\mathbb{J}}$. This just needs a note.
