Warum gibt es in der Tabelle oddb_product.xml rund 10 x weniger Datensätze als in oddb_article.xml?

oddb_article.xml enhält alle Artikel. oddb_product.xml enthält nur die Produkte von der Swissmedic (also die Medikamente).
