Simple search GUI where you can search according to the CSV format #6

For the GUI, we should just be able to fill in the three fields (see CSV) to just search on person and then click the button "socialhealth". Then it does the search just for that person/institution, see #5

Add a checkbox if you want to use the Serpapi API. If the checkbox is not checked, do not use the API, but just the normal Google-Search.
