We are trying to build a pytorch wheel package for ppc64le. The mkl package defined inside conda meta.yml file is getting included for Aten and prevents us from building the package using conda-build without modification. If it's not much change, could we exclude ppc64le as well as osx?
I don't think it's a destructive change since ppc64le doesn't support mkl at all.
