Hi @JosephTLyons , I was trying to use the Finished dev [unoptimized + debuginfo] target(s) in 1.78s

Try to add this https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/c2df354c9fde197a2fade2bb342da7f427fd390d/extensions/theme-defaults/themes/dark_plus.json#L2 and open file with vscode, maybe it will highlight any fields with errors |

Hi @d1y ! I just published a set of 3 Monoakai Zed themes at https://github.com/epmoyer/Zed-Monokai-Theme User Theme support is only in Zed Preview right now, but presumably it will make its way to core Zed soon enough. Cheers! |

I wonder if creating a new Enhancement Request for there to exist functionality within Zed that will automatically import a VSCode theme and convert it (all done within Zed automatically, as opposed to needing to build Zed from scratch, install Xcode, etc) would make more sense before closing this ticket. |

That VSCode extension is a bit scary. It attempts to launch in the background a Home Brew package to silently install onto your machine some type of executable, without you knowing. It's not clear to me what the executable is doing that is being silently installed, and I'm only aware of this because the extension error out - due to me not having Home Brew installed (and the extension could use the 'brew' command) |

@fuzenco @Moshyfawn The @zed-industries team needs to include this and other projects of mine in their extensions platform. There is a lot more theme being built for you, with a lot of love, and language such as support for COBOL and Hexadecimal colored, but Zed needs to include these projects that I develop and collaborate, without this, unfortunately you will have to use these resources doing manual installation and possibly you will miss new updates. |

Since we likely won't add new themes until user themes land, I'd like to close out all the theme issues.
I'll start compiling a list of requested themes here so people may opt into creating the themes people want.
Please use this discussion to talk about/request new themes, and issues created will be closed and pointed here.

No immediate update on timeline for user themes. I'd like to do this in the next 6 months, but no promises there.
