Settings at a project/workspace

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Working with multiple partners, it's quite unique to find two that use the same style guide - especially in the JS/TS world.

It'd be great if it would be possible to have settings overrides at a project/workspace level.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I cannot find an alternative that can fully fit this issue, without relying on external tools (i.e. git hooks, CI pipeline)

Hey Federico, a new public repository has been added for posting feedback about Zed here. Would you mind using that repository going forward? A new button has been added to Zed to direct users there, but this has not been shipped in a new version yet, so it isn't very obvious that that repository exists currently.
