Data Collection

• Data was collected from property finder
• Data filtered to only listings in Dubai

Models tested

• Linear Regression
• Lasso Regression
• Ridge Regression
• Decision Tree Regerssor
• Random Forest Regressor

Performance evaluation

Performance was evaluated using r2 scores.

Cross validation was used as well.
