Enhancement of an existing feature

Description

It is only possible for bots to delete messages which are not older than 14 days (for whatever reason). Therefore, it is impossible to clear all messages in a channel if they are older than that.

Though, it would be nice to have a feature added to the /clear command which "purges" a channel by copying the properties of the channel, deleting the channel afterwards and creating a new channel with the exact same properties as the previous channel.
