Generate a custom BulmaCSS css file, and add a bu- prefix name to all classes!
Why?
BulmaCSS does not come with their own namespace, so if you want it to be used inside an existing
project, you likely will get name clashing and things will not work. To fix this, we can add a name
prefix to all the classes in BulmaCSS! We will use postcss tool to help us do this.

To build:
npm run css-build
To build and watch:
npm run css-watch
Project output folders:
- build - this is where Sass tool will output the css file from
.sasssource files.
After build, you may test out the css output by running hello.html.
We do not use sass to minify output in this project, but instead use postcss to minify the resulted
CSS that contains the prefix name!
