- Added Pull Request and Issue templates, - Moved CONTRIBUTING.md and CONDUCT.md (renamed to CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md) - Updated CONTRIBUTING.md - Added SUPPORT.md
- updated legacy dependencies - moved cs-check and coverage to PHP 7.1 locked - removed allow_failures on PHP 7.2 - removed composer self-update
- fixed order of sections - updated license-check script
