Describe changes

I implemented logic to clean-up after all tests we run in tests/integration folder and removed clean_client where it was used, so tests are running really on REST and not on SQL.
This highlighted a couple of bugs, which were fixed along the way:

• Artifact Version running Endpoint path
• Missing Logs endpoint
• Unneeded hydration in delete_deployment

There is instability in parallel objects creation tests on REST, but this is not worth fixing here - we need to work on UC in separate PR instead.
