First, thanks a lot for these amazing workflows. Really blew my mind :)
A common use case for HTML encoding is accented characters (especially other languages than english).
For some reason, the encode workflow doesn't seem to play nicely with them though.
Whenever I have an accent in my String (be it é, ü, à...), the search won't display any encode result.
