I used to get in the office at 10am or later and head home really late at night. Now, I moved to a different country and have a girl waiting for me at home so things are very different. I arrive in the office at 7-8am and leave by 5pm.

At work, I switch between regular company-specific-development and open source all the time. I don't know how to separate things very well and my routine is pretty chaotic.
