The directory .cache is not ignored by Git, resulting in hundreds of files after dependency resolution

[#5/#6/#8] fixed issues

- #5/#6: added a `mkdir -p .cache/pkg` so that Docker Compose does not take ownership of it as `root` and cause problems
- #8: using `go test ./... ${OTHER_FLAGS}` now to recursively go through sub-directories
