version.sh is not shipped in the release tarball

The version.sh is not shipped so if we run atuoconf the configure will not have a correct version set. And thus pkg-config will not report any version and rsyslog fails to buld with zeromq support ....

So basically, please ship the version.sh too.

It is there and working. But the pkg-config now has 2.2.1 as version.

You can't take the github tarball, it's not a proper package.
