GNU/Hurd support

Hello,

zeromq3 needs some patching to work on GNU/Hurd, here is a proposed patch. Note that SO_ERROR is not supported for local sockets, because there is no asynchronous connexion support there, so "unsupported" actually means "no error".

This is the same as #1228; forgot to set the "forwarded" on the Debian BTS. Will update the issue in the afternoon.

Nope, I lag with the pull request. I have only browser access for several hours, but will issue it in the afternoon.
