Generate fasta, blast and gff files for the Artemis Comparison Tool (ACT). The script is written for S. mansoni.
- given coordinates of two scaffold regions, generate two sequence files, two annotation gff files with relative coordinates, and one blastn output file for ACT
- given coordinates of one scaffold region and one scaffold number, generate the above files
