When I upgraded from version 1.6.1 to version 1.7.0 I got the following error:
Apparently when the analysis_options.yaml file exists in the repo it will automatically add this with the --options flag. But the dart analyze command doesn't support that. I think the configuration option can be removed.
As a workaround I have added the analysis-options-file configuration with a file that doesn't exist to my Github Action workflow, so that it will not include the --options flag in the command.
