SpeciesNetwork is a package for BEAST 2 to infer species networks and gene trees from multilocus sequence data.
The latest release can be downloaded under the releases tab. Please follow the instruction here to install. A tutorial demonstrating the usage is available here (for BEAST 2.6; todo: update for BEAST 2.7).
