No PTZ on Icamview(2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No PTZ Try to edit PTZ in "Edit camera"
   "PTZ URL" is empty. The picture is fine.

The URL is sometimes empty, depends on how the XML has been entered. For this 
camera the URL is stored in each command, for example:

/pda.cgi?[USERNAME]&page=execute&cam=[PASSWORD]&command=3

Check the log file for any errors from your camera (or use fiddler).
