Wechaty方案下添加群组语音消息的响应；

目前仅支持wechaty，未支持itchat方案；

  • 新增配置：group_speech_recognition: true # 是否开启群组语音识别
  • 原有配置：voice_reply_voice: true # 是否开启语音回复
  1. 关键词匹配和文本消息一样，机器人默认回复文本消息；
  2. 关键词匹配到画图等配置时，机器人回复图片；
  3. 当voice_reply_voice为true时，机器人回复语音消息；
