Initial functionality for classic mode

There is a need to support CPCs in classic (=non-DPM) mode.

Proposed initial functionality is:

• CPCs:
  • view/modify activation profiles - issue Classic mode: list/get/modify activation profiles #419
  • view/add temporary capacity - issue Add module for managing temporary capacity of a CPC #243
  • request CPC service - issue Request CPC service #420
• LPARs:
  • view/modify weights (“change running system”) - issue Classic mode: Module for LPARs #418
  • view/update activation profiles - OPEN

Use cases:

• Using On/Off Capacity on Demand to add an engine when the need arises. Actions:
  • Reference the OOCUoD record to add 1 CP
  • Verify the CPC software model number went from 7xx to 7yy
  • Change the processing weight (not always necessary but would be good to have as an option)
  • Configure the CP online to the LPARs needing another logical engine
  • Send email notification playbook tasks are completed
• Removing Capacity on Demand Engine. Actions:
  • Configure CP added in 1d above offline
  • Change weight if needed
  • Downgrade machine back to original module number
  • Verify model number
  • Send email
