updateParameter command

.. function:: updateParameter(tag, newValue)

   Once the parameters in FE model are defined, their value can be updated.

   ==============================   ===========================================================================
   ``tag`` |int|                    integer tag identifying the parameter.
   ``newValue`` |float|             the updated value to which the parameter needs to be set.
