Server-Monitor is a lightweight node js application which will check every X seconds if specific device is turned on. If one of the device will go offline Server-Monitor will notify you thru email. As Server-Monitor is so lightweight it can be run even on Raspberry Pi Zero, which cost only 5€.
Make sure to edit the settings.json file, to make everything work properly.
