You are using 1.18 which is from the old repo, but as that support was added 17 days ago the device will be supported in the next version 1.22.0.

You can either use edge from this repo or just wait for 1.22.0 to be released. You are probably using https://github.com/danielwelch/hassio-zigbee2mqtt which you must swap to https://github.com/zigbee2mqtt/hassio-zigbee2mqtt for the add-on.

Steps to move to edge:

  1. copy your config
  2. stop the add-on
  3. remove the old repo
  4. add new repo
  5. put your config in
  6. start edge
  7. profit :)

When 1.22.0 comes out next month

  1. copy your config
  2. stop edge
  3. put your config in 1.22
  4. start 1.22
