I decided to upgrade my old Fedora 25 to 28 and since everything failed I had to install a fresh 28. I have recreated my dev setup but there were two problems I could not get rid off:

1. profiler toolbar showed error
2. on some pages (add classified add news login) I got error 500 without any logs...

I was able to narrow the problem by luck, I changed logging levels in config_dev.yml because it was hard to find anything meaningful with all those info entries. I changed them to error only firephp and chromephp parts. After that change all issues were gone, toolbar was properly displayed without any error and the whole page worked like before.
Now I do not know if this is an issue with my setup or it is a general problem.
